RARE TO GO使用順豐速運在港澳台地區運送我們的産品，使用EMS/DHL/FEDEX在新加坡/馬來西亞運送我們的産品。

免運費條件： 香港/澳門/台灣/新加坡/馬來西亞免快遞費。

訂單處理時間：訂單通常在3-5個工作天出貨，我們不會在週末及公眾假期安排送貨。

訂單運送時間：顧客通常在2-7個工作天內會收到貨。

跨境包裹：包裹會有一定機會被你所在國家的海關機構抽查，並向你徵收進口關稅。

此筆費用並非每次都會被徵收，因此 RARE TO GO 無法預先得知是否會被收取，若需要收取關稅將會在商品派送給你後，負責派送的物流人員現場向你收取。

依關稅法規範，納稅義務人(買家)若由海外進口商品時(如購買跨境商品)，跨境交易商品通關時，香港以外的訂單貨件將由買家負責支付關稅和稅款。

RARE TO GO uses SF Express to ship our products in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, and EMS/DHL/FEDEX for shipments to Singapore and Malaysia.

Free Shipping Conditions: Free shipping is available for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. We do not arrange deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Order Shipping Time: Customers usually receive their orders within 2-7 business days.

Cross-Border Packages: There is a chance that packages may be inspected by customs in your country, which may impose import duties.

This fee is not always charged, so RARE TO GO cannot predict whether it will be applied. If duties are required, they will be collected by the logistics personnel at the time of delivery.

According to customs regulations, the taxpayer (buyer) is responsible for paying any duties and taxes on cross-border imported goods (such as those purchased across borders). For orders outside of Hong Kong, the buyer will be responsible for paying these duties and taxes upon customs clearance.
